Teaming up with the very talented brewers at Winterlong Brewing has its perks for sure. One of which is of course the ability to drink a lot of beer under the pretense of 'research'. After the research is concluded though, we end up with this first of the limited editions and it's fantastic. Not quite as big as the original "Grilled Pear & Stout" this sauce is a fantastic pairing with the heavy smoke of ribs & pulled pork and has that sweet edge that helps to cut through the fat.
